About

I am a PhD student in Classical Archaeology studying domestic spaces in Roman North Africa (المغرب العربي). My dissertation examines houses in Timgad, Volubilis, and Bulla Regia to understand how people actually lived and worked in these spaces, using spatial analysis, sensory reconstruction, and digital tools to bring marginalized spaces and people to life.

My MA thesis explored rural religious practices at rock sanctuaries in Roman Spain, including fieldwork at Ilduro in modern Cabrera de Mar. I also teach as an Instructor of Classical Studies and History at Langara College, where I relish helping students discover how the ancient world illuminates contemporary challenges.
