About

I received my BA in Religious Studies and Anthropology from the University of Oklahoma. During my undergrad, I worked as the NAGPRA Assistant at the Sam Noble Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History. In 2023, I was privileged at join Dr. Joey William and Dr. Sue Alcock in Ficulle, Italy for OU’s archaeology field project. After graduating, I spent time working in Cultural Resource Management. My research in undergrad focused on Bronze Age trade networks, concentrating on the passage of the material and symbolic meaning of the pomegranate.

As an M.A. student, I am interested in the Eastern Mediterranean, Late Bronze Age archaeological methodology. I hope to contribute to ongoing conversations around digital archaeology as a method for museum exhibition, preservation, and public archaeology. I am also interested in Near Eastern Religious Economics.
